Those grieving are often helped by having a meal served for themselves and visiting family and friends. This "social" time is an important part of the grieving process. You can help by cooking and/or serving with the Bereavement Committee.

Meals on Wheels
If you are suffering from the loss of a spouse or significant loved one, it is often beneficial to speak with others who have been in the same position. Men and women are welcome to call to set up an informal meeting for sharing and processing through the grief and loneliness.
