St. Mary's Catholic School assists families in the formation of their children as disciples of Jesus and His Kingdom, through faith, scholarship, leadership, and service.   In every grade our Catholic Identity is expressed by:

• Catholic Identity is integrated into the curriculum in all areas, not just in religion and theology. Catholic standards are included in all lesson plans in all content areas at all grade levels.
• Daily prayer as a school - morning, before and after lunch, and end of the day. 
• Every classroom has an alter/crucifix and is blessed by Fr. Dower or Deacon Jim at the beginning of the school year; students also receive a blessing at this time.
• Celebration of All School Mass on Thursday's, Holy Days & some Marian Feast Days; students (3rd-12th) serve as Altar Servers, Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, and Choir members during school masses; Families are welcome and encouraged to join.
• Students receive a rosary at the beginning of the year to use through out the school year; all school rosaries are celebrated several times throughout the year with a Living rosary in October.
• Virtue of the Week as a guide for daily decisions and choices.
• Reconciliation is offered for all Catholic students (2nd-12th grades) at least twice a year, before Christmas and before Easter. 
• Time in front of the Blessed Sacrament is available to students and staff on Monday's at St. Mary's Catholic Church.
• Artwork through our our campus reflects religions events and people.
• Stations of the Cross (the story of Jesus' Passion) - lead by our school chaplain, students attend every Friday during Lent in preparation for Easter. 
• All students attend Living Stations of the Cross (performed by 8th graders) on Holy Thursday.
• Friday Lunch Options - we avoid serving meat on Friday's during Lent and include a non-meat option for lunch on all Fridays.
• Special Advent prayers begin each day during Advent, complete with the lighting of the Advent Candles in every classroom.
