Admissions to St. Mary's
At St. Mary's Catholic School we assist families in the formation of their children as disciples of Jesus and His Kingdom, through faith, scholarship, leadership, and service. We welcome students as young as 3 years old through High School graduation. Deciding where your child will attend school is an important decision and I would love the opportunity to discuss with you what makes St. Mary's so special.

Tuition Information 2024-2025
Application Fee for prospective students: $30
Enrollment Fees (non-refundable):
PK3-8th grade $350 ($400 after 3-26-25)
High School $450 ($500 after 3-26-25)
Tuition:
PK3-PK4 multiple part-time options* $3,500-5,500/year
PK3-PK4 full-time $6,500
K-4th grade $7,600
MS (5th-8th) $7,950
HS (9th-12th) $9,500

Tuition Discounts:
Parish Subsidy - Catholic families may apply for a $1,000 Parish Subsidy through their local parish. Signed subsidy agreement required.
Multi-Child Credit (full-time tuition only) - Oldest child no credit; 2nd oldest $500 credit, 3rd oldest $1,000 credit, 4th oldest and younger 50% credit.
Referral Discount (Tuition Incentive Program) - refer a new student and receive $1000 tuition credit (conditions apply).
My Fair Share Grant (K-12th) - available to families based on demonstrated financial need as determined through FACTS Grant & Aid. Priority deadline for this grant is 2-26-25. Funds are limited and are not guaranteed. FACTS application fee applies.

After School Care
We realize that in today's world it is often necessary for parents to work hours other than school hours. For this reason, we feel an obligation to provide the best possible care for the children of our community. Certified teachers coordinate and direct our After School Care Program, which is open on full days when school is in session. Opportunities for supervised homework, socialization, and structured and unstructured play are offered on a daily basis. After School Care is available for grades PK3 - 8th grade from 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
A charge of $750/year ($75/month) will be charged to your FACTS account after the third time that your child attends After School Care.
More information and registration forms are available in the school office.A late penalty of $3.00 per minute per child will be incurred for all students not picked up by 5:30 PM. This penalty will be added to your FACTS account.
Early Bird Care is also available 7:15-7:30am at no charge.
St. Mary's High school students may be afforded the opportunity to assist in after school care to help fulfill required community service hours.

Homeschool Partnership
St. Mary's Catholic School is pleased to announce our Homeschool Student Partnership. Beginning Fall 2024, St. Mary's invites homeschool students in grades 5-12 from the Greater Longview Area to partner with St. Mary's to take courses in core content or elective areas and to participate in extracurricular activities as St. Mary's Catholic School students.
